At the initial meeting, we will discuss the benefits that smart home technology can bring to you. You will discover the solutions available to meet your needs, now – and just as important, for the future.

You can decide what works best for you and you’re family.

After the meeting, we will send you a quotation based on what we’ve discussed about your home and what you and your family will value most from having a smart home.

Your quotation will include a range of relevant solutions and a simple explanation of how we go about achieving the desired results.

Should you wish to move forward we will provide a set of CAD drawings detailing positions of all items, and a cable schedule that your on-site electricians can follow should you wish them to carry out the 1st fix cabling infrastructure.

We will be there every step of the way to answer questions from you, your interior designer’s and architects etc, to make the installation run as smoothly as possible.

Support Services.

We provide a range of support services from annual checks and system hardware clean-ups, to advice about potential upgrades, repairs, and system maintenance.

Most of the smart home and entertainment systems we install are tied to the manufacturer’s servers for remote support, this is the first line of action – to diagnose and fix faults over the internet – this often resolves issues swiftly and without fuss or inconvenience to you.

With every install, we provide training to help you get the most from your system. You may want to alter and refine the way your system operates in the first few months of usage – we make sure your needs are met – nothing is too much trouble.

Manufacturers often release new services and hardware as technology advances. We will mail you when this happens, to make sure you are kept up to date with the latest information.

Should you wish to take out a maintenance plan with fixed visits and detailed response times we tailor this on a system by system basis.
